Melina was born into a Greek family where traditional music holds a central place. She carries this heritage through her voice, rich in melismatic ornamentation and emotional depth. She trained extensively singing and playing the oud in France, and continued studying traditional music in Greece. Her music is a poetic, urban, and magical universe, where traditional music blends with pop. Her virtuoso musicians bring to life a unique, sensitive, and powerful aesthetic.
